Magnesium Spray

Magnesium sprays are topical solutions, usually based on magnesium chloride dissolved in water, that are applied to the skin as part of massage or body-care routines. They are often described as magnesium oil because of their texture, although they are not conventional oils. Choose according to the concentration, spray format, added fragrance and skin sensitivity, and avoid applying the product to broken or freshly shaved skin. Current evidence does not establish that topical magnesium is absorbed in clinically meaningful amounts or that sprays can correct magnesium deficiency, so they should not be presented as an equivalent replacement for established oral supplementation.
