Spray Deodorant

Spray deodorants distribute a fine mist over the underarms and are available as aerosol or pump formats. Deodorants mainly help manage body odour, while spray antiperspirants contain active ingredients, commonly aluminium-based compounds, that temporarily reduce the flow of sweat. Current evidence does not establish that using underarm deodorants or antiperspirants causes breast cancer. Choose between deodorant, antiperspirant or a combined formula according to whether odour, sweating or both are the main concern. Apply to clean, dry underarms, avoid spraying toward the face or onto broken skin and follow any ventilation or flammability warnings on the container. Fragrance-free products may be more comfortable for easily irritated skin.
