1. Accepted Payment Methods

Hyogena may offer several payment methods at checkout, including:

  • Apple Pay, where available
  • Tamara
  • Tabby
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Any other payment method displayed at checkout

A payment method is considered available only if it appears as an option during checkout.

Hyogena does not control whether Tamara or Tabby approves or rejects a customer's payment request.

Customers using Tamara or Tabby are also subject to the provider's own terms, repayment schedule, fees, and conditions.

Refunds for Tamara or Tabby purchases may be processed through the relevant provider according to their procedures and timelines.

5. Cash on Delivery

Hyogena may offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Customer location
  • Order value
  • Product type
  • Delivery coverage
  • Previous failed delivery history
  • Operational conditions
  • Any restrictions displayed at checkout

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery must ensure that they are available to receive the order and pay the amount due at delivery.

Hyogena may contact the customer to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch. If the customer cannot be reached or the order cannot be confirmed, Hyogena may delay or cancel the order.

Repeated refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery availability.

6. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Hyogena may review, verify, place on hold, or cancel orders where suspicious or unusual activity is detected.

This may include cases involving:

  • Payment anomalies
  • Mismatched customer details
  • Unusual order patterns
  • Repeated failed payment attempts

  • Suspicious Cash on Delivery activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Suspected unauthorized use of a payment method

Hyogena may contact the customer to verify order details, payment information, delivery information, or identity-related details where reasonably necessary.

If verification cannot be completed, Hyogena may cancel the order or refuse the transaction.

7. Failed or Rejected Payments

A payment may fail or be rejected for reasons including:

  • Incorrect card details
  • Expired card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank decline
  • Failed authentication
  • Payment gateway error
  • Payment provider rejection
  • Tamara or Tabby eligibility rejection
  • Internet or checkout interruption
  • Fraud prevention screening

If a payment fails, the customer may try again, use a different payment method, or contact their bank or payment provider.

Hyogena is not responsible for bank declines, provider rejections, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Order Confirmation

An order is not considered confirmed until the checkout process is completed and Hyogena issues an order confirmation.

For online payments, confirmation may depend on successful payment authorization.

For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation may depend on order review, customer details, delivery availability, and operational approval.

Hyogena may cancel or refuse an order if payment is not completed, verification fails, product availability changes, fraud concerns arise, or the customer information is incomplete or inaccurate.

9. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

All prices displayed on ae.hyogena.com are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include VAT where applicable.

The final amount payable will be displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Prices may change from time to time due to promotions, product updates, operational changes, pricing corrections, or other commercial reasons.

If a pricing error is identified before order fulfillment, Hyogena may contact the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.

10. Payment Provider Terms

Some payment methods are provided by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, or installment providers.

By choosing a payment method, the customer may also be subject to the terms, conditions, approval requirements, fees, repayment schedules, verification requirements, and privacy practices of the relevant provider.

Hyogena is not responsible for decisions made by banks, card issuers, Tamara, Tabby, or other payment providers.

11. Refunds and Payment Reversals

Approved refunds are handled according to Hyogena's Refund Policy.

Refunds are usually processed to the original payment method where technically and operationally possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an approved alternative method, such as bank transfer, store credit, wallet credit, or another method agreed with the customer and supported by Hyogena's operations.

Refund timelines may vary depending on Hyogena's review process, the payment method, the bank, the payment provider, or the installment provider.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate payment information
  • Ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • Completing any required authentication steps
  • Providing correct delivery and contact details
  • Being available for Cash on Delivery orders
  • Reviewing the final order amount before confirming payment
  • Contacting Hyogena promptly if there is a payment issue

Customers should not attempt to use unauthorized, fraudulent, or misleading payment information.
