Pantyliners

Pantyliners are thinner and smaller than menstrual pads and are intended for very light period days, spotting or additional protection alongside a tampon or menstrual cup. They are available in different lengths and shapes, including options for regular and thong underwear. Choose the size and absorbency according to the intended use and change the liner whenever it becomes damp, soiled or uncomfortable. Fragrance-free options may be preferable for irritation-prone skin. Normal vaginal discharge is often clear or white, but a noticeable change in its smell, colour or texture, or accompanying itching or soreness, should be assessed professionally rather than repeatedly covered with liners.
